I normally don't post reviews but this was exceptional service. I did a military move from 9 hours away and I had a lot of stuff.1) Laborers were on time2) Positive3) Took initiative4) Jumped right in to lift the heavy items first5) Asked what and where I wanted things.They made the whole process a lot less stressful. I will recommend them to my friends and family .

Crew was dedicated and went above and beyond to get the job done as it turned out to be much more than initially anticipated. Blue Cow quickly adapted to our additional needs and shuffled their resources to get our job done. Outstanding service and entire moving crew and staff was very professional and courteous!! The movers were very polite.The estimate was 1/3 of what it actually cost. Very disappointed in that. More than double of 3 other estimates. Other movers came out and and looked at what was being moved.We did notice one of the cabinets was broken. HereIs a picture. The handles were broken, doors were cracked and legs were broken.

These guys were great and will easily hire them again. Very cautious and safe with all furniture and large paintings. Wrapped all items in moving blankets and plastice wrap. All items were moved into a temp storage unit with the same care. Job took a bit longer than estimated but moving site was unseen prior to estimate. That is just what it was, an estimate.

It’s always tough when you have to move, especially when you’re making a decision for a parent. I called Blue Cow for an estimate, and they were very patient with all of my questions and followed up on their quote as well to make sure I understood. The movers showed up on time, ready to work and hustled-HARD. They did a great job protecting my moms things, moving them, and helping get the furniture in the right spots for mom. They were courteous, caring, helpful and they came in under budget. I could not be more pleased with their services and strongly recommend their services. I will be using them again when I move in a few months.
